This blog is a compilation of my personal experiences and relationships with mental illness of all shapes and sizes.  The human brain is a fascinating, terrifying, confusing, complicated yet beautiful masterpiece.  Why don't we talk about it more?

Mental illness does not discriminate and the continued stigma behind it lights my soul on fire.  I'm a strong advocate for things (and people) I believe in, and this issue does not get the attention it deserves.  

I write about anxiety, suicide, and bipolar disorder....not in that order and not based on one person or experience.  I want to end the stigma, end the shame, spread awareness, and get on with living, loving and accepting complicated and beautiful minds of all kinds.
